Advertising at its Finest

Lately advertising has been on my mind. Probably because I never really considered it as a form of media so now I am seeing advertisements in a whole new light.

Now we all know Old Spice has an excellent advertising team. Their recent commercial is proof!


But I never really considered the advertisements they have on their actual deodorant until the other day when I saw my husband's deodorant on the bathroom counter.


Now this is advertising at its finest, at least in my opinion. If this would female deodorant I would buy it just for how funny it is!

Well done, Old Spice. Well Done!

  1. I love these commercials! So funny, I used to think they were so silly until my husband bought the 'fiji' flavored old spice- now I take them seriously. It smells amazing!

It's so great how they can use humor and promises to get people to buy Old Spice, by saying that your man could look as good as this guy and you can have those tickets you've been wanting and lots of diamonds. Just by getting this deodorant for your man! Love these commercials, but this class is making me realize that they use more than humor.... Crazy crazy.

  3. I feel the same way about Vitamin Water! I want to buy their product just because the labels are so ridiculous and funny. I don't know why more companies haven't caught on that making people laugh is a great way to convince people to buy their product.
